Thank you for supporting Iddy & Oscar's. We are a giveback boutique, your purchase makes a difference.

We know sometimes things do not work out and we appreciate the opportunity to make it right. You can return your items within 14 days of order placed. Items must be in orginal condition, unwashed and unworn.

We do not accept returns on the following:

• Sale/Clearance Items
• Apparel that has been worn, washed, and/or not in original condition
• Swimwear or Undergarments
• Games + Puzzles
• Home Goods

*If any of your items are damaged or defective, please contact us at iddyandoscars@gmail.com within one business week and we will get you taken care of right away!

• Store Credit: Once we receive your return,  it will be processed for a store credit within 3-5 business days.  We do not offer cash or credit/debit refunds. Only store credit is issued. When you choose the store credit option, you will receive credit in the amount of your order.
• Exchanges: Because many of our items sell out fast, we are not always able to process an exchange. We will always do our best to serve you. When we are not able to exchange an item, we will offer store credit in place of the exchange.
• Fees: Customers are responsible for shipping any exchange/returned item(s) back to Iddy & Oscar's. We recommend USPS First Class Shipping. Please mail your item back to Iddy & Oscar’s, 133 Public Square, Lebanon, TN 37087. There is no restocking fee.
